Beach Trip - Memorial Day Weekend 2009

We went to the beach in May with Ms. Jenny, Ms. Kelly, mommy and daddy! It was so much fun!

Carter and Momma are home for the summer - he will turn 5 on August 14th and start kindergarten on August 12th! BIG BOY! We have had a summer full of traveling, playing, organizing, and trying not to kill each other :) It's been long days, little to no routine, and a 5 year old developing an attitude!

We went to California a couple of weeks ago to see our Isablla, Mia, and Jeff. Momma, Carter, and Gigi spent long busy days watching Bella Mac while Mia was in class. We went to the San Francisco Zoo, the beach, watched Hangliders, and spent some time on The Wharf/Pier 39. I am glad to be home and having a week of "rest". We are off to the beach this weekend......Maw Maw and Paw Paw's first trip to the beach in several years - we can't wait to help make this trip extra special!

Other surprises and events could be coming before we know it...... can't wait to see what is in store for us next!!

WELCOME

Scott, Carter, and I got married on December 20, 2008 at the Wynfrey Hotel in Birmingham. We left our little buddy boy for 5 WHOLE days to go to Gatlinburg, but we had a blast! We hiked to see Laurel Falls, Abrams Falls, and The Chimney Tops. We ate at all the incredible places in Gatlinburg and got some great rest! Now, we are back and I am back at school. I love my kids but I am already worn out and I need another break.
Carter had a great Christmas.....a drum set, a clock, puzzles, books, and we all got a Wii. I had always said "No Video Games" but I gave in and now the boys have a Wii and a Wii Fit!!!! I have to put time limits on the thing or we wouldn't do anything else these days. My sister Melissa, her husband Jeff, and my new little niece Bella came for Christmas and we had so much fun! Bella is growing so fast and I hate to think I am missing her change each day!
